Love the sandal, great quality, just need a smaller size

I clicked to order an size 8 and was sent a size 9. It was final sale so customer service did not help with the return or exchange. Terrible service. Nice looking shoes but not worth buying if they will send you the wrong size and not help fix the issue.

Really like these boots, but they are so difficult to put on and just as hard to get off.

They sent the wrong shoe. We received a size 9.5 Bandalino shoe.

Item fit well just did not need it.

Will be sending these back. It could be the shape of my foot but the outer part near the front bow pushed into the side of my foot. The area under the toe is patent and makes noise when your toes lift on it. There is padding under the balls of your foot but I found it uncomfortable.

The shoes look great and are perfect for the dress they will be worn with.

I did not like the fit. It hurt at the toe. It was not comfortable. And heel was slightly higher than I like.

I bought these for vacation in Morocco and couldn't be happier! They didn't even need breaking-in: Comfy, stylish with everything, and well-made, I'll be buying more when I get home to California.

I loved the shoe, but it was supposed to be a 5. By the way the sizing of the 6 was, the 5 would also be too big...

Such a stunning and comfortable boot! Highly recommend. It feels high-quality and will be in my wardrobe for many years to come.

First.... completely adorable shoe.... Second.... the toe box and length fit significantly smaller than the marked size. I wear an 8.5, ordered a 9, and am returning. Even if there were a 10 in stock, I'm not confident that it would fit properly. Thankfully, Zappos has a fantastic return policy....

Loving my new biker boots!! super well made, cool looking and comfortable. I wasn't sure how they'd fit and decided to order both size 40 and 41. So glad I did because size 40 (us 9) was way too small. Some 41 fits perfectly! I think they last for a long time!!!

Absoulutely NO ARCH SUPPORT. And after walking around with them last weekend, when I got home, I suddenly got a stabbing pain in my heal.. couldn't walk at all. And now diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. They are cute, but not worth the pain... and are being returned.

Pretty but my foot slides forward. Going to try smaller size.

They were ok comfort wise at first and then by the end of the day my feet were killing me.

Beautiful sandals and very comfortable. I ordered them for a wedding. Unfortunately they were a little too big and I didn't have time to order the smaller size. They are my favorite dress sandals in years. Perfect style and also comfortable.

Tried twice to order this shoe for a wedding. It does not come in half sizes. Ordered size 7 and it fit a little small. The straps are pretty thin and I was afraid they would tear during the evening. Put in for an exchange and was sent the wrong shoe brand entirely. Having to return them both and will try to order the size 8 and will see what comes in. Otherwise a nice looking shoe.
